Do I need a proxy to connect to CiYuanX from mainland China?

No. CiYuanX is reachable without a proxy.

Do the models support prompt caching?

Yes. The entire Claude lineup on CiYuanX supports caching, and cache hits have been tuned so that cached tokens are billed at 0.1× the normal rate. Other models support caching too.

What exchange rate does CiYuanX use?

Unlike other platforms, CiYuanX doesn't play exchange-rate games: top-ups use the standard 7:1 rate, and usage is billed at the discounted price.

How do I get an invoice?

• For non-corporate transfers, invoices require a minimum of $500; amounts under $500 incur an 8% tax surcharge.
